Wilder landscapes are resilient to drought, fire and flood.
When droughts scorch pastures, wildfire risks loom heavy, and sudden downpours wash away topsoil,  it’s easy to treat each emergency as a separate disaster.
Â
Â
But drought, fire, and flood are all symptoms of one root issue: a broken water cycle.
We heal broken water cycles, creating healthy landscapes that act like a living sponge—holding moisture during parched summers, but just as importantly, absorbing and safely redirecting excess water when the land is inundated.
This sets off a natural flywheel effect: getting the water right improves the soil, which supercharges biodiversity, which builds ultimate resilience to the extremes and the unpredictability of climate change.Â

Water Balance
If we first plant the rain, everything else becomes easier. We design for winter deluge and summer drought. Â
Our approach
We prioritize understanding how water interacts with  land and match your vision with nature's super powers  to create long term resilience.

Land Dynamics
Every property tells a unique story through its contours, soils, and water flows. We decode that story by pairing digital mapping with hands-on site investigation, walking the land and digging test slices to understand your soil types and water movement.
Living Systems
When we tap into the flow of natural systems, we need to do less work to achieve our goals. We work with you to clarify goals and then harmonize them with the natural tendencies of your land.
